LOCATION
We are located on the corner of Elliotts Road
and the Princes Highway, Fairy Meadow. Our store is one shop back from the
Highway, right between Kookla boutique and Aldi supermarket. We would
suggest parking in the Aldi carpark for easy access to the store.

What size should I buy in maternity wear?

What happens if my clothes do not fit?
We understand that shopping for maternity
wear and understanding your pregnant body is difficult, so we are happy to exchange
or refund any unworn purchases within 21 days of purchase.
How do I place an order?
You have four options for placing an order:
1. Via our secure online shopping system: simply click 'Add to Checkout' when viewing an item you would like to buy. Once you have finished making your selections click the 'Shopping Cart' link on the left and follow the prompts to complete your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email and payment details within 24 hours of placing your order.
2. Via email: send an email to mailbox@bellabellies.com.au or contact us via the 'contact form' listing the items you wish to purchase and your contact details. We will then contact you to confirm the order and arrange payment.
3. Via phone: call us during our store hours at (02) 4229 3013 to place an order quickly and securely.
4. Via fax: send a fax to (02) 4229 3079 listing the items you wish to purchase and your contact details. We will then contact you to confirm the order and arrange payment.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Our website is updated twice daily so the
styles and sizes shown are as up to date as possible. If there are any stock
issues you will be notified immediately after placing your order.
When will I receive my order?
We use Australia Post Express for deliveries. If you live in a capital or major city you will
receive your order within 1-2 working days (we will confirm this for you).
For other areas we will confirm delivery time when we process your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
1. Visa or MasterCard
2. Cheque or Money Order made payable to 'Bella Bellies'
3. PayPal
4. Electronic Funds Transfer - please contact us for details
5. Barter Card - please contact us
for our trading status.
What does delivery cost?
Within Australia there is a flat fee of $10.00 for all deliveries.
This covers express delivery to your door.
How do I track the status of my order?
We will forward you tracking details when your order is shipped. If you do
not receive this email simply contact us at mailbox@bellabellies.com.au and we will respond within 24 hours.
What is Bella Bellies exchange policy?
Bella Bellies are happy to exchange or
refund any unworn items within 21 days of purchase.
Who pays for the shipping costs of exchanges / refunds?
Shipping costs for exchanges and refunds are the responsibility of the customer. Please consider sending your items via Express Post or Registered Post as we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels.
Do you accept Bartercard?
We certainly do take Bartercard payments. We
do, however have a $150 trade dollar limit per customer per month.
